Children will be enrolled in programs on a first-come, first-served basis, however, please note that priority will be given to existing clients and families seeking full-time programming. Further, the Centre reserves the right to retain some spaces for children with diverse abilities. The following MUST be received PRIOR to your child’s start date:
- Completion of all application/registration forms
- Completion of a medical form including immunization records
- Completion of Financial form and Parent contract agreement
- Completion of Customer Account Information
- Completion of Infant Feeding Plan
- A “void” cheque
- Bloomz App permission Form
- Payment of a non-refundable $50 registration fee
Parents are encouraged to contact the Executive Director to set up a tour of the Centre and review programs. During the application/registration process, we welcome and strongly suggest that parents discuss details regarding children’s needs as well as their expectations of the program. This will help you and your child become more familiar with the Centre and make your child’s transition smoother.
Sometimes starting off with shorter days during your child’s first week may help ease the transition.
Waiting List
As required, a waiting list will be maintained. This is to ensure that a fair and equitable process is followed, and that children’s needs are addressed as the required spaces become available. Please note: Priority will be given to children of families already involved in programs and to those seeking full-time care.
